Additionally signed by Lewis Morris and two witnesses. 1 page, folio; nearly-complete closed separations at vertical folds, small holes at fold intersections affecting few letters of text, vertical fold touching Morris signature with loss to "M" and paraph, moderate toning along folds, docketing on verso with minor bleedthrough, remnants of hinging at upper and lower edges verso, two paper seals intact. – [New York], 20 August 1788
